The Long Road Festival is set to return to Stanford Hall in Leicestershire from August 22-24, 2025, promising its biggest year yet. Known for celebrating country, Americana, roots, folk rock, and more, the festival has announced its first wave of performers, featuring U.S. headliners Midland and Drake Milligan.
The lineup also includes a diverse mix of artists from the U.S., U.K., and Australia, such as Seasick Steve, Fantastic Negrito, Fanny Lumsden, and Alana Springsteen. Festival co-founder Baylen Leonard spoke with Midland frontman Mark Wystrach on Absolute Radio Country, where Wystrach expressed his excitement about headlining the festival, calling it a special moment for the band.
Beyond the main stage performances, The Long Road offers a fully immersive experience with partner-hosted stages, songwriter rounds, meet-and-greet opportunities, and late-night afterparties. Fans can explore an array of activities, including U.S.-inspired street food, American BBQ, craft beer, line dancing, classic car shows, and vintage fairground rides.
The festival is also expanding in 2025 with new additions such as an early-access camping option, a dedicated line dancing stage, and the main stage opening on Friday afternoon for the first time, featuring an exclusive U.K. headline set from Drake Milligan. With a variety of camping and glamping options available, as well as shuttle bus packages for nearby hotels, The Long Road Festival continues to grow as a must-attend event for country music lovers and festivalgoers alike.
