The tour kicks off next month in South America, making stops in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Brazil before heading to Europe in May. McRae will perform in Portugal, Spain, Ireland, France, and more before wrapping up the Europe/UK leg in June with newly added shows in Nottingham, London, and Manchester.
Special guest BENEE will join for all UK and European dates. In North America, the newly announced shows begin October 3 in Seattle and include stops in cities like Salt Lake City, Houston, Omaha, Raleigh, and Palm Springs. Fans in cities such as Chicago, Boston, Detroit, New York, and Los Angeles will also have another chance to see McRae, with second and third shows added due to overwhelming demand. Special guest Alessi Rose will join her for the North American leg.
The announcement comes just ahead of the release of McRae’s third studio album, ‘So Close To What,' set to drop this Friday, February 21, via RCA Records. The album explores themes of self-discovery, love, and nostalgia, with contributions from hitmakers Ryan Tedder, Grant Boutin, Amy Allen, and Julia Michaels. Wrapped in irresistible pop production and introspective lyricism, ‘So Close To What' marks an exciting new chapter for the multi-platinum artist.
Tickets for the new shows will be available through an AMEX presale starting now, February 25, followed by an artist presale on Wednesday, February 26. The general on-sale begins Thursday, February 27, at 11 a.m. local time on TateMcRae.com.
