Dido will celebrate the 25th anniversary of her huge debut album ‘No Angel' with a new vinyl release in September.
Released on 19th September 2025 and available to pre-order now at https://dido.lnk.to/NoAngel25th, ‘No Angel' was originally released in 1999 in the US, the album didn't get a UK release until 2000 with a repackage in 2001. It's one of the UK's best-selling albums of all-time, selling more than 3 million copies in the UK alone.
Dido earned BRIT Awards for ‘Best British Album' and ‘Best British Female Artist' along with her first Ivor Novello for the record. ‘No Angel' sold over 15 million copies and has had more than 1.2 billion streams. It features the hit singles ‘Here With Me', ‘Thank You', Hunter' and ‘Don't Think of Me'.
The 25th Anniversary Edition houses the original album in a special vinyl package. The front cover features new artwork, which consists of a contact sheet of photography from the original album campaign, with a door on each side which opens to reveal a sleeve with another classic Dido photo. This contains the album, pressed on striking marbled red vinyl. A standard black vinyl will also be available.
‘No Angel' was the beginning of a hugely successful period for Dido. Her follow-up album ‘Life For Rent' was released in 2003 and it featured the huge smash ‘White Flag'. Since then Dido has released three furtherTop 5 albums in the shape of ‘Safe Trip Home’ (2008), ‘Girl Who Got Away’ (2013) and ‘Still On My Mind’ (2019).
