Olivia (Kerry Washington) continued to cover her tracks when news of Quinn’s (Katie Lowes) death reached QPA on the latest episode of Scandal.
Rowan (Joe Morton) burned Quinn’s body in his car and police found DNA in a tooth at the crime scene confirming it was her. Charlie (George Newbern) decided he wanted to have Quinn cremated and packed into bullets and he rounded up the team, and Olivia, to pay tribute to her.

Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) reached out to Olivia but she rebuffed him initially. The two ended up rekindling their relationship and had sex. Abby (Darby Stanchfield) found comfort in David (Joshua Malina) and it’s looking like they may end the series as a couple once again.
Meanwhile Abby and David discovered a flashdrive in Charlie’s apartment. Charlie asked Rowan to be reinstated as a B613 agent but was interrupted when he heard a baby crying.
The next episode of the season is Good People. The harrowing events that transpired in Rowan’s basement are revealed, from the moment Quinn was kidnapped to the earth-shattering gunshot.
