Danielle Bradbery is back with new single “Cowgirl's Prayer”, available to stream now via The Core Records.
The deeply personal track sees Bradbery reflect on faith, growth and finding strength in uncertain moments. “Cowgirl's Prayer” arrives with a music video directed by Chris Ashlee (Bailey Zimmerman), which is set in rural Tennessee. You can see it at the top of this article.
Written by Bradbery, AJ Pruis (Megan Moroney, Max McNown) and Emmi Elliott, and co-produced by Pruis and Austin Goodloe (Ella Langley, Tucker Wetmore), “Cowgirl’s Prayer”, captures the kind of quiet perseverance that comes with trusting what cannot yet be seen. The song arrives following multiple teasers from the singer on her social media, which started in December 2025.
“I wrote “Cowgirl’s Prayer” in a season where growth felt quiet,” said Bradbery. “I was doing the work, holding onto faith, but not always seeing the results right away. It’s about trusting God in the in-between… when you’re sowing seeds with no flowers yet… and choosing to stay grateful, grounded, and hopeful anyway. It’s a reminder that even in the wild, uncertain moments, I’m never walking alone.”
“Cowgirl's Prayer” is the follow-up to ‘Dent', which has amassed more than 2.7 million streams to date. Bradbery recently signed with The Neal Agency, as she continues to build momentum on the road.
Over the past decade, Bradbery has shaped a soulful sound rooted in country and colored by pop, R&B, and beyond. Since winning Season 4 of ‘The Voice ‘at just 16, she has built a catalog defined by deeply personal songwriting, vocal depth, and emotional candor. Her self-titled 2013 debut and 2017’s “I Don’t Believe We’ve Met” both landed in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Country Albums chart, while her career has included collaborations with artists including Diplo, Zac Brown Band, Thomas Rhett, Nick Jonas, and Jordan Davis.
She has also earned multiple ACM and CMT Awards nominations, with recent releases including “Never Have I Ever”, “Break My Heart Again”, the GOLD-certified “Stop Draggin’ Your Boots”, “Runaways”, “The Day That I’m Over You”, and the self-penned “Monster” continuing to resonate with fans drawn to her honesty and range.
