The Long Road, the UK’s largest outdoor celebration of Country, Americana and Roots music, will return to Stanford Hall in Leicestershire for its seventh year over the August Bank Holiday weekend in 2026 (August 27–30), with multi-platinum star Bailey Zimmerman unveiled as the first major name on the lineup.
Zimmerman will headline the Saturday night, marking his first UK appearance in more than two years after his sold-out UK and European run in 2024. Known for showcasing artists across every stage of their careers, the festival continues to evolve, with Zimmerman setting the pace for what organisers promise will be the strongest lineup yet.
Festival co-founder Baylen Leonard said Zimmerman’s high-energy performance and crowd-pleasing hits will make for a standout main stage moment, calling him a perfect fit for the festival’s vibrant atmosphere.
Alongside its diverse music offering, The Long Road remains a full weekend immersion into Country culture, featuring American street food, BBQ, craft beer, classic cars and bikes, line dancing, campfires, vintage rides, a dog show, family activities and more. Additional headliners for Friday and Sunday, plus a full multi-stage bill, will be announced in the coming months.
Following record-breaking early bird sales, new Family Tickets for two adults and up to three children are now available, alongside group, Saturday and remaining early bird passes at https://www.thelongroad.com/tickets.
