The MTV VMAs (Video Music Awards) took place last night at the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York.
Hosted by LL Cool J, the night featured performances from Mariah Carey, Sabrina Carpenter, Ricky Martin and more as the cream of the music industry came together to celebrate. Mariah Carey picked up her first VMA as she awarded the Video Vanguard award. She also picked up Best R&B for her recent single ‘Type Dangerous'.
The big winners of the night included Lady Gaga who picked up 4 awards, closely followed by Ariana Grande and Sabrina Carpenter who walked away with 3 each.
