It was in perfect condition, not a scratch on it, and the most beautiful blue I'd ever seen. It was right around the time I was getting married. I was struck by the beauty of the car and its history – over 60 years on the road. My grandfather always drove a Lincoln, so I thought of writing a love story that threads through time, starting with my nanny and papa and ending with my wife and I getting in it as the getaway car on our wedding day. It's a special one for me, and I'm honored to share this story.”
