Multi-PLATINUM country sensation Justin Moore has unveiled his most personal single to date, ‘This Is My Dirt,’ available now via The Valory Music Co. The track serves as a preview to Moore’s forthcoming album and was penned by the Arkansas native himself, alongside Paul DiGiovanni, Randy Montana, and Jeremy Stover. Stover also took on the role of producer, alongside Scott Borchetta.
In a heartfelt reflection, Moore shares the inspiration behind ‘This Is My Dirt’: “‘This Is My Dirt’ is a song not only about how you grew up, but more specifically, where you grew up, and in particular, where I grew up. The land that I live on – and the land I am raising my children on – is the same land that I grew up on. It has been in our family since the late 1800s. This song is about taking pride in wherever it is that you call ‘your dirt.'”
The release of “This Is My Dirt” follows the success of Moore’s 12th chart-topping hit, ‘You, Me, And Whiskey,’ featuring Priscilla Block, and recent RIAA PLATINUM certifications for No. 1 hits, ‘We Didn’t Have Much’ and ‘The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home.’
