‘Fair Play’: Phoebe Dynevor and Alden Ehrenreich team up for Netflix film

‘Bridgerton’ star Phoebe Dynevor is teaming up with ‘Oppenheimer’ star Alden Ehrenreich for a tense new Netflix film, arriving in select cinemas on 6th October and on Netflix on 13th October 2023.

The trailer, which you can see at the top, promises a tense emotional drama with Dynevor and Ehrenreich playing a couple whose relationship is in danger of falling apart. An unexpected promotion at a cutthroat hedge fund pushes a young coupleā€™s relationship to the brink, threatening to unravel far more than their recent engagement.

‘Fair Play’ is directed and written by Chloe Domont. The film also stars Eddie Marsan (‘Ray Donovan’) and is produced by Leopold Hughes and Ben LeClair for T-Street, Tim White, Trevor White and Allan Mandelbaum for Star Thrower. The executive producers areRam Bergman and Rian Johnson for T-Street, Chloe Domont, Anđelka Vlaisavljević. Produced in Partnership with MRC

Speaking to Vanity Fair, director Domont says, “Why is it that even today, with all the progress that we’ve made, a man’s success is a win for the relationship, but when it’s the other way around, it feels like a threat? It felt like something that so many of us experience but are afraid to talk about and to confront.ā€
