The collaboration between ABBA, Polar Music International AB, and Trafalgar Releasing is set to take audiences on a thrilling journey back in time, reliving the iconic tunes and magic that swept the world during the Swedish icons’ reign.
Directed by the acclaimed Swedish director Lasse Hallström and featuring Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus, and Agnetha Fältskog, ‘ABBA: The Movie’ captures the exhilarating energy of the band’s successful Australian tour. The film blends a mockumentary-style subplot into the narrative, adding to the fun with a country radio disc-jockey’s amusing attempts to interview the band.
