Watch Rihanna’s Apple Music Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show

Rihanna made her long-awaited return to live performance last night, taking to the stage for the Apple Music Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show.

The singer, who made her return to music with the release of ‘Lift Me Up’, a ballad from the ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’, performed a medley of her biggest hits during last night’s Super Bowl. Opening her set with ‘Bitch Better Have My Money’, the superstar impressed with renditions of songs such as ‘Where Have You Been’, ‘We Found Love’, ‘Rude Boy’ and ‘Work’.

Suspended in the air for much of the performance on a platform, the singer took the opportunity to also reveal that she’s pregnant with her second child with partner A$AP Rocky. Clad in a tight red outfit and a puffy red jacket, Rihanna’s baby bump was impossible to miss but that didn’t stop her from dancing and working the stage.

When she wasn’t suspended in the air, Rihanna moved around between her numerous dancers who surrounded her and spread across the playing pitch.

Moving into the final moments of her set, she brought things to a close with two of her biggest hits – ‘Umbrella’ and ‘Diamonds’.

Surprisingly, Rihanna didn’t have any special guests with her breaking from tradition. Previous performances usually use the slot to pull out big name guests and it was widely expected the singer would be joined by mentor and frequent collaborator Jay-Z.
