Brett Young has released uptempo new track ‘You Got Away With It’ along with the lyric video for it.
Young teamed up with longtime producer Dann Huff and co-writers Justin Ebach, Ashley Gorley, Jon Nite and Jimmy Robbins for the track.
“We’ve been recording a ton of music over the last year and I couldn’t wait any longer to share some of the material from this new chapter,” Young said. “’This song was a blast to write, and ultimately pushed me into a bit of a new sonic territory in the studio that I’m really proud of.”
‘You Got Away With It’ arrives as Young’s current single ‘Lady’ climbs into the Top 10 in the US. ‘Lady’ has been certified GOLD and previous single ‘Catch’ has been certified Platinum.
Those achievements sit alongside Young’s ever-growing list that includes Platinum singles ‘Sleep Without You’, ‘Like I Loved You’ and ‘Here Tonight’, 5x Platinum hit ‘In Case You Didn’t Know’, and 3x Platinum smash ‘Mercy’.
Young’s GOLD-certified second album ‘Ticket To L.A.’ debuted atop the Billboard Country Albums chart upon release.
