Fresh from her triumphant performance at Glastonbury, Janet Jackson is continuing the roll-out of her back catalogue on vinyl.
Following the release of Control, Jackson will reissue her classic albums Control: The Remixes (1987), Rhythm Nation 1814 (1989), janet (1993), The Velvet Rope (1997) and All For You (2001) on 26th July 2019. The releases are timed to coincide with the second leg of Jackson’s Metamorphosis Las Vegas Residency.

Rhythm Nation 1814, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, will be released as a 2LP standard-black upgrade that restores interludes and unedited tracks missing from the original vinyl release. All of the albums were produced and written in collaboration with longtime collaborators Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Across the albums Jackson fuses together a variety of musical styles, including rhythm and blues, funk, pop, soul, disco, and modern synthesised percussion all into one original mélange of sound.
