Independent UK Country music label Triple Fret Entertainment launches

The UK now has an independent UK Country music label following the launch of Triple Fret Entertainment.

The management company and it’s label subsidiary, Triple Fret Records, will feature a stellar roster of UK Country artists who will be revealed at a special launch event in London on 15th May 2019. The founders are Emily Haine, the founder of Lyric Magazine, and Imogen Marshall, the founder of UK Country music podcast Off the Record.

Between them Haine and Marshall have backgrounds in music business, touring, publishing, marketing, PR and advertising.

Haine says, “This has been a dream for Imogen and I for a while and weā€™ve noticed that there is a huge gap in the market to fill for country music. Media has been covered with press outlets, radio, PR and some fantastic festivals, but nothing to support UK artists when releasing their music and developing their careers.”

Marshall adds, “Country music has grown beyond all expectations in the UK over the past few years, with a huge wave of US performers now touring the UK. At present there is limited support for UK country artists seeking to make it both in the UK and Nashville. Triple Fret aims to fill this gap, taking a modern and innovative approach to grow the current fan base for these artists.”

Triple Fret Entertainment’s aim is to grow the audience for Country music in the UK and gain recognition on an international scale for their roster.
