Josh Groban has been announced as a guest for Celine Dion’s Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park show on 5th July.
The classical crossover star joins previously announced guest Claire Richards to support Dion on her only European date of 2019.
“Over the course of my career, Celine has been an inspiration, friend, and singing with her quite frankly started my career as a teenager,” says Groban. “To join her for this extremely special concert is a great honor and I look forward to giving my all for her and the audience at Hyde Park.”
Groban is a Grammy Award-nominated singer, songwriter and actor. He has sold over 35 million albums worldwide and he’s the only artist who has had two albums appear on the Top 20 Best-Selling Albums list of the past decade, according to Billboard.
His latest album Bridges was released in 2018.
Already announced for Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park 2019 are Florence and the Machine (13th July), Robbie Williams (14th July) and Barbara Streisand (7th July).
