Duran Duran has been confirmed to headline American Express presents BST Hyde Park, marking the second time in five years that the legendary band has headlined.
The band will perform on the Great Oak Stage on Sunday 5th July 2026 and they'll be joined by special guests Scissor Sisters. The full line-up will be announced at a later date. Tickets go on general sale on Wednesday 1st April at10am, with pre-sales in the days prior.
Duran Duran’s headline show at BST Hyde Park is a night out with one of the most successful and influential bands in pop history. With over 100 million records sold worldwide, the Birmingham-formed group has soundtracked generations with a peerless arsenal of hits including ‘Rio', ‘Hungry Like the Wolf', ‘Girls on Film', and ‘Ordinary World'. Long time band mates Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor and Roger Taylor are known for their electrifying live performances and pioneering synth-pop sound. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees continue to prove why they are enduring music royalty with sold-out tours and critically acclaimed releases, with new music soon to be announced for 2026.
Scissor Sisters have cited Duran Duran as a major influence, long shared a mutual creative respect and been guests on tour with our headliners. They made their long-awaited return in 2025 after more than a decade apart, reuniting to mark the 20th anniversary of their iconic self-titled debut. With Jake Shears, Babydaddy and Del Marquis back together, they headed out on a huge, sold-out UK arena tour in, performed a legendary Saturday night Glastonbury set and a co-headlined a summer tour with Kesha across the USA.

Duran Duran joins an illustrious line-up of world-renowned artists who have graced the stage, from Stevie Wonder and The Rolling Stones to Bruce Springsteen, Taylor Swift and many more. This year’s previously announced headliners include Garth Brooks (27th June), Maroon 5 (3rd July), Mumford & Sons (4th July), Pitbull (10th July) and Lewis Capaldi (11th July and 12th July).
