Matt Stell to make Grand Ole Opry debut in April

Matt Stell will make his Grand Ole Opry debut on Saturday 27th April 2019.

The rising star broke the new on social media last night from his St. Patrick’s Day show in Melbourne, Florida.

“Playing the Opry is truly a dream come true for me,” says Stell. “I’ve been in the audience and wondered what it would be like to step on that stage and into The Circle. I still can’t really believe I get to find out. I’m counting down the days.”

Stell is currently gaining plenty of attention with his current single Prayed For You. He wrote the song with Ash Bowers and Allison Veltz and it’s had over 30 million streams so far.

The music video stars Savannah Chrisley and her boyfriend, Nic Kerdiles and has racked up over 3.8 million views. Prayed for You has been featured on Spotify’s Hot Country, New Boots, Wild Country, and Country Kind Of Love Playlists, Amazon’s The Weekly One, and Apple’s A-List Country Playlist.

The song if the first single from Stell’s upcoming EP, which is due for release this Spring.

Stell will be taking the stage at a number of major country music festivals this summer including LakeShake (Chicago, IL) and Watershed (George, WA).
