21-year-old Texan Abby Anderson will be heading over to the UK in March to perform on the Spotlight Stage at C2C: Country to Country.
Anderson may be a name you’re not too familiar with yet but believe us when we say you will be once you’ve seen her performing live. The singer-songwriter got her big break when she sang Let Freedom Ring on Glenn Beck’s talk show. Her performance was so popular that she charted on the Billboard and iTunes charts.
Moving to Nashville in 2015 to pursue music full-time, Anderson is now signed to Black River Entertainment. She released her debut EP I’m Good, which features five tracks including her latest single Make Him Wait.
Written by Anderson with Josh Kerr and Tom Douglas, Make Him Wait is about waiting for the right man to come along before jumping into bed with the first one you find. It’s an inspiring message that Anderson’s young fanbase will take to heart.
To date Anderson has toured with Brett Eldredge and Devin Dawson on The Long Way Tour and opened up for the likes of Russell Dickerson and Chase Rice.
