C2C: Country to Country 2019: Ashley McBryde profile

Every year at C2C: Country to Country there’s a breakout star on one of the pop-up stages and last year that was most certainly Ashley McBryde.

The singer-songwriter released her major label debut album Girl Going Nowhere in 2018 and she was the talk of C2C. Her emotional performances at the festival were bolstered by her charming personality and wicked sense of humour. Ahead of Country Music Week in October she returned to support Luke Combs on his UK tour and she did a headline show of her own, which was upgraded to a larger venue due to ticket demand.

This year McBryde will be the second artist on the C2C Main Stage in London and it’s safe to say she’s going to win over even more fans. With her honest storytelling and incredible voice, McBryde is one of the most exciting breakout artists in recent memory and we’re already eagerly awaiting new material.

Girl Going Nowhere was selected as one of our Top 10 Country albums of 2018 and it’s packed with fantastic songs such as the single A Little Dive Bar in Dahlonega and the two-finger salute Girl Goin’ Nowhere.

Ashley McBryde will perform at C2C: Country to Country 2019 on Sunday 10th March 2019. For more information and tickets, visit http://c2c-countrytocountry.com.
