Strictly Come Dancing 2018 crowned its winner during last night’s grand final and it was Stacey Dooley who won the series.
The presenter and investigative journalist has been a favourite to win over the past few weeks and despite scoring the least out of the four couples last night, the public voted for her in their droves. Stacey’s win marks the first time that Kevin Clifton has lifted the glitterball trophy despite reaching the final several times.
It was a well-fought fight last night and all four finalists deserved their place. The series has been one of the closest we’ve ever seen and it was nice to see one of the underdogs win the series.
