Strictly Come Dancing 2018 roared back onto our screens last night as all 15 couples took to the ballroom for the very first time.

Ahead of the first live show, fans have already been arguing over who has dance experience and who doesn’t with former Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts and Steps singer Faye Tozer coming under fire. At the end of the first live show Ashley and Faye tied at the top of the leaderboard, which is only likely to make those very vocal fans even louder (even though we think their scores were well deserved).

One of the biggest surprises of the night came from YouTube star Joe Sugg who wowed with his Jive and quickly established himself as one of the celebs to watch this year.

At the bottom of the leaderboard was Susannah Constantine with a lacklustre Samba and Katie Piper with her underwhelming Waltz.
