Fender have unveiled the Player Series, a new line of electric guitars and basses aimed at aspiring players and players who want to step up their sound.
Replacing the Standard Series, the Player Series is the first official step into Fender's electric guitar product lines. The guitars have Fender's distinctive signature sound and classic look and they come in the £549.00 to £789.00 price range.

Guitarists can expect the Player Series to blend an authentic Fender tone, sound and style with a modern and versatile edge. The series boasts upgraded features such as Alnico pickups for all models, updated body radii, 22 fret necks, upgraded bridges, fresh, bold colours and a revised classic logo for a more traditional look.
The Player Series is available in a variety of colours including Sage Green, Polar White, Tide Pool, Butter Cream, and Sonic Red.
The new line is already being used by top artists including Turnstile, Mattson 2, Whitey Morgan, Cherry Glazerr, Melanie Faye, Jeff Gilteman and Saya Gray.
