The pressure piles on Oliver.

Going it alone definitely doesn’t seem to be working out for Oliver (Stephen Amell) given that he was arrested at the end of the latest episode of Arrow.

Oliver paid off a debt to Anatoly’s (David Nykl) rival in Russia so his former friend could return home. He also hoped it would help him turn Anatoly against Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) but that didn’t turn out to be the case.

Instead Anatoly tied him up and handed him to Diaz. Oliver agreed to a fist fight with Diaz where the winner had to leave Star City. As the two men brawled and Oliver got the upper hand, Diaz stabbed him.

Diaz then had him arrested and told Oliver his trial would be moving up.

Meanwhile Rene (Rick Gonzalez) returned home and started to panic about going back into the field. He received an apology from Diggle (David Ramsey) for his past actions before Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) and Curtis (Echo Kellum) teamed up with ARGUS to stop a shipment by The Quadrant.

Elsewhere Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) came clean to Quentin (Paul Blackthorne) about her association with Diaz and admitted she was scared for her life. Quentin was also forced to sign over property to Diaz in exchange for his life.

The next episode of the season is Docket No. 11-19-41-73. As the pressure piles on Oliver, he wonders if he will lose everything fighting to save Star City. Meanwhile, a familiar face returns.
