Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) put into action the next part of his plan on the latest episode of Arrow.
With Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) by his side, Diaz tried to join a criminal organisation known as The Quadrant. Thinking he was getting somewhere by courting the son of one of the leaders, Diaz was left enraged when an attempt was made on his life.
To get revenge Diaz caused an explosion that killed the leader’s son and then shot the leader leaving an empty seat at the table. He was invited to join the organisation, achieving the next part of his plan to wreak havoc on Star City.

The episode featured flashbacks showing Diaz being bullied as a child when he was in an orphanage. In the present day he tracked his bully down and set him on fire, while Black Siren looked on horrified.
Meanwhile Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) worried about Oliver (Stephen Amell) after he decided to go it alone as the Arrow and she threw herself back into her business with Curtis (Echo Kellum).
The next episode of the season is Shifting Allegiances. Out of hospital, Rene (Rick Gonzalez) has a tough time getting used to life as Wild Dog again. Lance (Paul Blackthorne) uncovers something rather shocking about Black Siren.
