Lena (Katie McGrath) tried to help Sam (Odette Annable) on the latest episode of Supergirl.
Holding her in a lab, Lena ran a series of tests on Sam. Realising that she was Reign, Lena tried to tell her friend the truth but Sam didn’t believe her. In a bid to prove she was telling the truth, Lena made Sam angry and recorded her transformation.
Sam was shocked when she saw the footage and asked Lena to keep her away from her daughter until she could be cured.

Meanwhile Mon-El (Chris Wood) trained Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) on how to use her cape during combat.
Elsewhere M’yrnn (Carl Lumbly) performed a ritual to preserve his mind and accidentally brought out the aggression in everyone around him except for Mon-El. J’onn (David Harewood) convinced him to wear a bracelet that dampened his powers.
The next episode of the season is Of Two Minds. Supergirl and Imra (Amy Jackson) team up when a third World Killer shows up. But they have very different ideas about how to stop the threat.
