Barry (Grant Gustin) went on trial for the murder of Clifford DeVoe (Neil Sandilands) on the latest episode of The Flash.
With Cecile (Danielle Nicolet) representing him, Barry refused to take the stand as he didn’t want to have to commit perjury. Cecile appealed to him to reveal that he’s The Flash but Barry wouldn’t make the public admission.

As Barry was at his trial, Team Flash were dealing with a meta who produced radiation and threatened to take out the city. Barry left court to stop the meta with the help of Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes).
He eventually created a vacuum seal around the meta, which put a stop to him, and when he was being treated for his injuries, Barry found out that he had been found guilty and sentenced to life in prison.
The next episode of the season is The Elongated Knight Rises. Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) gets a golden chance to prove himself when The Trickster is sprung from jail. But is he cut out to be a superhero?
