Shaun (Freddie Highmore) struggled to keep his thoughts to himself on the latest episode of The Good Doctor.
While treating a Muslim patient, Shaun believed she was lying but rather than prove his theory he outright accused her of being a terrorist. It turned out that his patient had been exposed to chemicals commonly used by terrorists but only because she was using them to make jewellery.
Meanwhile Shaun caused problems for Dr. Melendez (Nicholas Gonzalez) after witnessing him puncture the bronchus of a patient during surgery. Shaun brought it to the attention of the hospital leading Melendez to be investigated.

Elsewhere Claire (Antonia Thomas) treated a patient who was a wife beater and had to convince the wife to allow him to have surgery. She also met up with another of Coyle’s (Eric Winter) victims as she began to build a case against him.
The next episode of the season is She. Shaun is put in a difficult position when the family of a transgender cancer patient insist they know what is best for her.
