Suspicion landed on Jo (Camilla Luddington) and Alex (Justin Chambers) when Paul Stadler (Matthew Morrison) was rushed into hospital on the latest episode of Grey’s Anatomy.
The victim of a hit and run, Paul fought for his life while Jo and Alex pleaded innocence and believed Jenny (Bethany Joy Lenz) to have run him over. Paul pulled through but when he was confronted by Jenny and Jo announcing they were taking him to court, he attempted to attack them resulting in a fall that proved fatal.
As his wife, Jo had to make the decision to end his life support and she donated his organs to help others.

Meanwhile Jackson (Jesse Williams), Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and April (Sarah Drew) dealt with the case of a 12-year old boy who was shot by police trying to enter his own home. The case stirred up accusations of race profiling and it prompted Bailey and Ben (Jason George) to give their son the talk about how to behave if he finds himself in trouble with the law.
The episode ended with April embarking on a fling with intern Vikram (Rushi Kota) as she started to question her faith.
The next episode of the season is (Don’t Fear) The Reaper. The stress of managing the hospital and Ben’s decision to become a Seattle firefighter pushes Bailey to her limits.
