Jason Aldean to release new album Rearview Town in April

Jason Aldean will release his eighth studio album Rearview Town on 13th April 2018.

The news comes following the recent announcement of Aldean’s huge High Noon Neon Tour. Rearview Town’s lead single is You Make It Easy, a blues-lined track that puts Aldean’s vocal in the spotlight.

ā€œGrowing up in Macon, Georgia, I had a chance to learn about so many different styles of music,ā€ Aldean explains. ā€œLooking back on first playing in bands as a teenager, I was just soaking everything up. A lot of that comes out on this record…where I’ve been, and who I am now.ā€

You Make It Easy was inspired by Otis Redding and The Allman Brothers Band and is a perfect introduction to Rearview Town. The album features ‘traditional country grooves, stadium-sized rock riffs and rap-style boom-thwacks’.

Rearview Town is the follow-up to 2016’s They Don’t Know, which debuted at number 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart and the US Country albums chart.
