Welcome back to EF Country’s Advent Calendar! Are you ready for Day 5?

Behind today’s door is Faith Hill’s Where Are You Christmas?, which was taken from the soundtrack to the 2000 film Dr Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Interesting fact – the song was actually co-written by Mariah Carey but due to a legal battle with her former husband Tommy Mottola, Carey wasn’t able to release her version of the song!

Possibly one of the most under-appreciated Christmas songs of all time, Where Are You Christmas? is a real tear-jerking festive song. Hill sounds incredible as she unleashes the full range of her powerful voice and it’s a stirring moment in the movie too.

Plus listening to anything by Hill right now, is getting us super excited for C2C: Country to Country next year where she’ll be performing with her husband Tim McGraw.

Grab the hankies and give the song a listen below:

Come back tomorrow for another day of EF Country’s Advent Calendar!
