Kesha is wasting no time when it comes to getting her new music out and she’s surprised fans with the release of new song Learn to Let Go.

The third track taken from her upcoming album Rainbow, released on 11th August 2017, Learn to Let Go features a music video directed by Isaac Ravishankara. In the video Kesha sifts through childhood memories and there’s plenty of footage of the star as a child.

Learn to Let Go was inspired by one of Kesha’s best friends. It was written by Kesha with Stuart Crichton and her mother, Pebe Sebert, and Crichton produced the track with Ricky Reed.

Lyrically the song is about choosing redemption over resentment and refusing to let your past define you. It’s inspiring stuff and the latest example of Kesha’s bolder music.
