A brand new Vignette has been released for Baby Driver, the new film written and directed by Edgar Wright. The short clip tells us the story of Ansel Elgort’s character Baby.
The blistering action film also co-stars Kevin Spacey, Lily James, Jon Bernthal, Eiza González, Jon Hamm and Jamie Foxx.
A talented, young getaway driver (Ansel Elgort) relies on the beat of his personal soundtrack to be the best in the game.
When he meets the girl of his dreams (Lily James), Baby sees a chance to ditch his criminal life and make a clean getaway. But after being coerced into working for a crime boss (Kevin Spacey), he must face the music when a doomed heist threatens his life, love and freedom.
Baby suffers from tinnitus, and listens to music to drown out the ringing in his ears. This gives the film a fantastic edge, where music is played to really compliment the narrative and visuals, something Edgar Wright is very good at implementing.
Baby Driver storms into cinemas on 28th June across the UK and Ireland.
