Jimmy (Bob Odenkirk) was arrested after breaking into Chuck’s (Michael McKean) house on the latest episode of Better Call Saul.
He decided to represent himself, much to Kim’s (Rhea Seehorn) dismay and he pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. After posting bail, Jimmy explained to Kim what happened during the break-in and told her to concentrate on Mesa Verde while he sorts his own case out.
Chuck met with the prosecutor in the case and she told him that she didn’t plan to Jimmy get away easy for what he did.
Kim caught Jimmy having a cigarette outside of the office and instructed him to confess to the break-in to avoid jail time. That would result in him being disbarred but Jimmy agreed to let Kim help him.
Meanwhile Mike (Jonathan Banks) met with Gus (Giancarlo Esposito) and agreed not to kill Hector (Mark Margolis) if Gus stopped tracking him. They also decided to try and attract police attention to Hector and Mike put a plan in action to frame Hector’s men of drug smuggling.
The next episode of the season is Sabrosito. Jimmy calls in a favour from Mike. New complications disrupt the Salamancas’ business. Chuck and Jimmy struggle to compromise.
