Thimbleweed Park release date set for March 30th

Terrible Toybox have announced that Thimbleweed Park, their upcoming point-and-click adventure, will be launching on March 30th for Windows PC, Xbox One, Mac and Linux.

The game is from the minds of Ron Gilbert and Gary Winnick who created many classic point-and-click adventure games including The Secret of Monkey Island and Maniac Mansion.

Thimbleweed Park was first revealed in November 2014 with a Kickstarter campaign that aimed to raise $375,000. The campaign was successful and eventually raised over $625,000.

Thimbleweed Park is a modern mystery game that tells the story of two detectives – Agent Ray and Junior Agent Reyes. The pair are called to investigate a dead body found in a river near town.

As well as controlling the two detectives players will also get to switch between Franklin the ghost, Ransome the Clown and aspiring game developer Delores.
