Barry (Grant Gustin) and Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) fought a metahuman who could disintegrate things just by touching them on the latest episode of The Flash.

Clive Yorkin (Matthew Kevin Anderson) was attacking police officers who arrested him during Barry’s Flashpoint experience. With Joe (Jesse L. Martin) in his sights, Yorkin attempted to attack him in public but he was thwarted by Wally.

He next turned his attention to Iris (Candice Patton) and he touched her before Wally could stop him. Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) was forced to use her powers to slow down the spread of the decay in Iris’ body.

Yorkin went after a train where one of the travellers was a police officer who humiliated him during his arrest. Joe was also on the train and Yorkin tried to derail the trail by disintegrating a bridge.

Wally and Barry teamed up to avert the disaster and Wally learned to phase after cutting his hand and neutralising Yorkin’s powers. The discovery allowed for Caitlin to cure Iris.

Elsewhere in the episode Wally and Barry became competitive about their speed, Joe met Cecile’s (Danielle Nicolet) daughter, Caitlin grew closer to Julian (Tom Felton) and Joe learned of Iris’ future death.

Also Jesse (Violett Beane) arrived via a portal and told Wally that Grodd had abducted her father.

The next episode of the season is Attack on Gorilla City. Barry and the team travel to Earth-2 to rescue Harry from Gorilla City, where they’re captured and brought to Grodd, who claims he needs their help to stop Solovar.
