Queen + Adam Lambert were one of the highlights of this year’s Isle of Wight festival and a video has been released of one of their performances.
The mesmerising Who Wants to Live Forever has been published on Queen’s official YouTube channel and it’s a chance for those who didn’t get to see the festival performance to enjoy a small taste of what everyone was raving about.
Adam dedicated the performance to the victims of the Orlando shootings saying that it was “for anybody who has been a victim of senseless violence or hatred.”
Queen + Adam Lambert headlined this year’s festival, which was also their festival debut. They performed a selection of hits including Don’t Stop Me Now, We Will Rock You and Bohemian Rhapsody, which celebrated its 40th anniversary last year.
Speaking about the performance Reveal said, āAs you’d expect from a headline act of this calibre, the atmosphere was ELECTRIC with thousands singing along, dancing and just having an incredible time.ā
