Blake Shelton has released the music video for his song Friends, which is taken from The Angry Birds Movie.
The fun video sees Shelton recording the song in the studio where he’s joined by the loveable characters from the movie. Angry Birds fans will spot Red, Chuck, Stella, Bomb and the Mighty Eagle in the video.
Friends features in The Angry Birds Movie and Shelton is lending his voice talents to the movie where he plays a pig. The song is an upbeat positive track aimed at families and it’s a damn catchy tune.
It’s not known if the song will be included on Shelton’s forthcoming album If I’m Honest due for release next month. The album’s lead single, Came Here to Forget, is one of Shelton’s most personal to date and talks about the break down of his marriage and his new relationship with Gwen Stefani.
