2016 is here, which means that Pretty Little Liars returns to our screens next week for the second half of its sixth season.

When we last saw Aria (Lucy Hale), Spencer (Troian Bellisario), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Alison (Sasha Pieterse) and Emily (Shay Mitchell), they had unmasked ‘A’ as CeCe Drake (Vanessa Ray) aka Charles DiLaurentis who was now known as Charlotte DiLaurentis. With CeCe in police custody and the liars free from their nightmare, we’re interested to see what’s going to happen next.

The next episode of the season is Of Late I Think Of Rosewood. Picking up five years after we last saw the Liars, the girls are not the same people they were when they left Rosewood. Having pursued their own paths and adjusting to a life without ‘A’, how will they be able to cope when something happens in Rosewood that forces them to go back to where it all started? Torn between their old habits and their new lives, the Liars must stick around, and together, as relationships are once again put to the test and new secrets are revealed.

We know that things are going to look very different for the Liars when PLL returns and a lot of ships have been sunk in the 5 year jump forward.
