San Diego Comic Con got a real surprise yesterday when the new costume for Oliver Queen aka Arrow was revealed ahead of the fourth season of The CW hit Arrow.
Stephen Amell, who plays the title role in the show, debuted the costume in person before a publicity shot was released online. The costume is an evolution of the current one rather than a complete reinvention and sees the character wearing a short-sleeved hooded top.
The character sports an eye mask and the costume looks a little bit sturdier than the previous ones worn over the duration of the show. The costume was designed by Maya Mani, who has worked on the show since the beginning.
It was also confirmed at Comic Con that Diggle (David Ramsey) will be suiting up on the new season of the show. All that is known about the costume is that it will feature a helmet.
