Rising Nashville duo Striking Matches have released the music video for their single Hanging on a Lie.
The song, written by the duo, first featured in the second season of Nashville and was sung by Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere). Striking Matches have recorded their version which is included on their debut album.
In the music video Striking Matches aka Justin Davis and Sarah Zimmerman are seen playing guitar and singing to one another in two sparse settings.
The band releases new single Missing You Tonight on 16th March with their debut album Nothing But The Silence following on 23rd March in the UK. They will be performing three headline shows in May giving fans a chance to hear selections from the record live.
