Kylie, Grace Jones & Nile Rodgers for British Summer Time

The Australian popstar is the third headliner announced.


Kylie Minogue, Grace Jones and Chic feat Nile Rodgers have been announced for this year’s Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park.

Taking place on Sunday 21st June 2015, the annual summer festival will be serving up a strong dose of floor-fillers courtesy of its all-star line-up. More artists will be announced in the coming months.

Speaking about the show Kylie says, “I’m so excited to perform at Hyde Park this Summer. I have great memories of playing shows there and am looking forward to doing it all again! Given the amazing artists performing and that it will be the longest day of the year, I can’t wait!”

Kylie will be joined by music icon Grace Jones, who will be performing for the first time in 2015, and Chic feat Nile Rodgers who originally played at the first Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park in 2013

Other headliners already announced for Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park are Taylor Swift, joined by Ellie Goulding and John Newman on June 27th and The Who, with Paul Weller, Kaiser Chiefs and Johnny Marr on June 26th.

Her live shows are always amazing and show why she still reigns supremely as Pop’s Princess. Grace Jones has been one of the true innovators of our time and we are blessed to have one of her rare live performance on the main stage, and then the king of disco Nile Rodgers is bringing his Chic organisation to deliver what is unquestionably the biggest hit list of all time. It already feels like it’s going to be the biggest party of the summer.”
