Phil (Ty Burrell) went to extreme lengths to try and cover up the fact that his cold could be to blame for the entire family becoming sick.
The episode saw Phil and Luke (Nolan Gould) editing the video from Cam (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitch’s (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) wedding to remove any evidence that he had a cold. Of course with it being Phil everything descended into hilarity pretty quickly.
Elsewhere Gloria (Sofia Vergara), Jay (Ed O’Neill) and Cam disagreed about Manny’s (Rico Rodriguez) place on the football team and Mitch made an enemy of Lily’s (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons) new school friend.
The next episode of the season is Marco Polo. Cabin fever settles in when the Dunphys are forced to share a single hotel room. Cam, meanwhile, tries to keep his team’s winning streak going.
