Two episodes into American Horror Story: Freak Show and we’re already pretty terrified.
It’s without a doubt the scariest season of the series to date and Twisty The Clown (John Carroll Lynch) is truly horrific. In the latest episode he was picked up by Gloria (Frances Conroy) for her son Dandy (Finn Wittrock) but soon unleashed his nasty side by knocking Dandy out and escaping back to his trailer. Things took a very dark turn when Dandy helped Twisty return his escaped prisoners back to his trailer! EEK!
Elsewhere in the episode Bette and Dot (Sarah Paulson) made their performing debut, Dell Toledo (Michael Chiklis) and his three-breasted wife Desiree (Angela Bassett) arrived in town, and Meep (Ben Woolf) was framed for the murder of the detective and killed in prison.
The next episode of the season is Edward Mordrake, Pt. 1. The Freaks refuse to perform on Halloween due to an old carny superstition. Jimmy is smitten by a woman claiming to be a fortune-teller.
