The Blacklist arrived back on our screens last week as it kicked off its eagerly-awaited second season.
We’re pleased to say that it didn’t disappoint as Red (James Spader) and Liz (Megan Boone) continued to battle Berlin (Peter Stormare) and tried to find new target Lord Baltimore. It turned out Lord Baltimore was a woman named Rowan Mills (Krysten Ritter) who suffered from dissociative identity disorder.
Rowan had targeted Red’s ex-wife Naomi (Mary Louise Parker) who was kidnapped and handed over to Berlin. At the end of the episode Red received one of Naomi’s fingers in the mail with Berlin threatening to end her back to him piece-by-piece.
The next episode in the season is Monarch Douglas Bank. Red uses a heist at a bank as an opportunity to expose its money laundering activities, but Liz doubts how honourable his intentions are.
