The liars are about to be put the test thanks to A’s latest game which saw the elusive tormentor send someone to the police and claim to be Alison’s (Sasha Pieterse) kidnapper.
The episode came to a close with Ashley Marin (Laura Leighton) asking Alison if it was the guy who kidnapped but of course she was never kidnapped so this is going to get awkward. Elsewhere in the episode Spencer (Troian Bellisario) stepped in to put an end to Hanna’s (Ashley Benson) drinking, Aria (Lucy Hale) came clean with Ella (Holly Marie Combs) about sleazy Zack (Steve Talley) and Emily (Shay Mitchell) discovered some damning evidence against Ali that Noel (Brant Daughtery) was hiding.
It was also finally revealed that Sydney (Chloe Bridges) was really a friend of Jenna’s (Tammin Sursok) and had known much more than she’d been letting on.
The next episode of the season is titled A Dark Ali. Alison has to make a decision about what to say to the police when identifying her ‘kidnapper’ and Spencer comes up with a Plan B incase Ali does something unexpected.
