Ed Sheeran has announced a series of one-off live shows in the run up to the release of his new album x (multiply).

The shows will take place on Monday with Ed playing as-yet-undisclosed venues in Ipswich, London and Dublin. He will be playing material from his new album including his single Sing.

Ed says: “I’m so happy to have just landed back in the UK and can’t wait to finally play my new songs to my UK and Irish fans for the first time on Monday! To give you a sneak peak of how one of them will sound, I’m posting a brand new track up today that I filmed when I was last in London”.

Fans can follow Ed’s journey on Monday live as it happens via his website at www.edsheeran.com/MultiplyEd as well as on his Facebook and Instagram accounts from 10am GMT. The Dublin show will be live streamed from 9.30pm GMT on his official site.

x will be released on 20th June in Ireland and 23rd June in the UK. Watch an acoustic performance of new track One:
