Well Brian’s (Tate Donovan) plan completely backfired tonight didn’t it?
He should know better than to try and get one over on Duncan (Dylan McDermott) and listen to his wife Ellen (Toni Collette). His attempt to reveal all to the police was scuppered by Burton (Larry Pine) who informed Brian that Ellen and Duncan have been getting a lot cosier than he knew about.
Still he decided to go to Nina and appeal to her to try and get her to stop her husband. More surprising was that Ellen continued to back-and-forth about killing the President and told Brian that she is no longer prepared to do it. Do we believe her?
Next week in Fight or Flight, Ellen stands her ground with Duncan and offers to negotiate with him. Meanwhile Nina (Francie Swift) attempts to flee with her daughter.
