Win A Long Way Down Q&A tickets with Nick Hornby

To celebrate the release of A Long Way Down (in cinemas 21st March), Entertainment Focus are giving two lucky winners the chance to win a pair of tickets to an exclusive pre-release screening of the film followed by a Q&A with Nick Hornby at VUE cinema, Islington on Monday 17th March. Doors open at 7pm, screening starts at 7.30pm.

Adapted from the best-selling Nick Hornby novel  A Long Way Down follows four lost souls – a disgraced TV presenter, a foul-mouthed teen, an isolated single mother and a pizza delivery man – who decide to end their lives on the same night, New Year’s Eve.

When this disillusioned quartet of strangers meet unintentionally at the same suicide hotspot, a London high-rise with the well-earned nickname Topper’s Tower, they mutually agree to call off their plans for six weeks, forming an unconventional, dysfunctional family, becoming media sensations as the Topper House Four and searching together for the reasons to keep on living.

With an all-star cast including Pierce Brosnan (Mamma Mia!, The Thomas Crown Affair), Imogen Poots (That Awkward Moment, 28 Weeks Later), Toni Collette (Little Miss Sunshine, The Sixth Sense) and Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad, Need For Speed), A Long Way Down is a must-see, darkly comic and life-affirming film.

Nick Hornby is the popular British novelist whose titles include the bestselling High Fidelity and About A Boy, both have been successfully adapted into films and the later also starred Toni Collette.
