Suede have announced that they will play two gigs as part of the Forestry Commission’s Forest Live concert series this summer.
The popular band have been wowing fans and critics since the release of their self-titled debut album back in 1993. Fronted by Brett Anderson, the band have enjoyed a string of successful singles including Beautiful Ones, Lazy, Filmstar and Electricity.
The band will play two dates in June at the following locations:
Friday 13 June: Thetford Forest, Nr Brandon, Suffolk
Saturday 21 June: Westonbirt Arboretum, Nr Tetbury, Glos
Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission bringing music to new audiences without commercial branding or sponsorship. Income from the concerts is spent on improving the woodland for both people and wildlife.
